Datalogic Barcode Scanners

Datalogic's family of hand-held readers includes contact, instinctive, distance, 2D and mobile versions for retail and industrial applications fulfils customers' needs by providing devices that increase productivity, while easing the operator's job. Following their recent incorporation of PSC Bar Code in April 2007, the PowerScan and QuickScan ranges are now part of the Datalogic brand.

Datalogic QuickScan® L

The new QuickScan L barcode reader is a barcode scanner with laser technology at an affordable price. The QuickScan L reader is the perfect solution for general purpose users who prefer laser scanning technology and need to read barcodes at nominal distances. This scanner is lightweight and small with an ergonomic form factor which provides the user with ease of scanning during daily operations. Used in retail and office application environments, the QuickScan L reader provides
a snappy scanning performance and is capable of reading a wide range of barcodes including the majority of 1D and GS1 DataBar™ codes (previously known as RSS).

Datalogic QuickScan® 6500

This linear imager is built for general purpose applications in retail, healthcare and light industrial environments. A scanner for less harsh environments, although the QS6500 can survive occasional bumps and knocks. Connecting to all standard interfaces, this versatile scanner has a scan rate of 450 scans per second and decodes a most 1D symbologies.

Datalogic QuickScan® Mobile

The new QuickScan® Mobile from Datalogic, combines the reliability and durability of the QS6500 with Datalogic's cordless STAR-System™, a secure and reliable system for 433/910 MHz narrow band communications. With a 40ft/12m radio range this linear imager is suitable for a variety of industrial applications, that require the operator to move around the work area. The unit additionally features Datalogic's patented Batch Mode capability and comes with a 3 year warranty. For more information see the datasheet [here].

Datalogic Gryphon

Gryphon scanners are ergonomically designed to provide optimised reading performance for lighter industrial applications. Offering both a corded (D100) and mobile (M100) scanner, this range is suitable for retail use or office use, with the cordless M100 offering the flexibility to move around the shopfloor with a radio range of 30m. Scanning capabilities include RSS Symbologies, PDF417 and linear barcode decoding.
