DLoG XMT 5/7 Vehicle-Mount Computers

Robust, compact and packed with the latest technology, the DLoG XMT 5/7 is the ideal vehicle mount terminal for smaller spaces. Whether on a fork lift truck for warehouse applications, on a heavy duty machine as a controlling device or in a truck as navigation and communication device, the XMT 5/7 performs to exceptional standards.

The DLoG XMT 5/7 is the ideal mobile computer as it communicates using any modern interface and is extremely compact so that it is easy to mount within any driver's cab. Thanks to the high contrast and resolution of its brilliant 7" display, it is easy to read and the DLoG touch screen sensor makes it easy to operate.

The DLoG XMT 5/7 uses Windows CE 6.0 operating system and passes the advantages of the OS on to the user. For example; Windows CE 6.0 now supports TCP/IP perfectly, extends and improves the file system and extends its support for WLAN (WPA2). As a Windows CE-based system, it comes very close to a thin client, thus offering the ideal platform for the lowest possible total cost of ownership.

Communication on all channels
The XMT 5/7 leaves no gaps in its communications options; whether wireless data communication using WLAN or WWAN, mobile positioning using GPS, connection to CAN bus systems or connection to wired LAN, the DLoG XMT 5/7 supports all these communication methods. This makes the XMT 5/7 the ideal terminal for a forklift, which doesn't have much room for installations, but also for trucks or heavy duty machinery, where reliable data communications are needed remotely from any WLAN or other local infrastructure.

Protection class IP66/67

Especially in an demanding environment like port and container handling, IP protection classes is an absolute must. The DLoG XMT 5/7 is certified for IP66 and IP67. This rating has been verified and certified by an independent lab.

Robust truck terminal
The computer, built to work reliably for the long term on a forklift with no suspension, can handle the requirements of truck installation without a problem. The XMT 5/7 was designed to specifications even more demanding than the American military requires (shock and vibration, MIL 810F). The XMT 5/7 faces an even higher demanding environment within the heavy duty applications, as controlling device on dumpers, scrapers, mining trucks etc.
