If you demand high-performance barcode reading with uncompromised speed, accuracy and data integrity, the HandHeld range of imagers may provide the solution for your business needs. Each model is "purpose-built" to match specific applications, whether general-purpose, retail or industrial applications, HandHeld have an imager to suit your project.

There are two series of scanner in the ImageTeam range of handheld imagers; the 3800 range (linear) and the 4000 series (2D imagers). Both offer the same reliable and durable imagers but differ in their barcode reading capabilities. All imagers are powered by Adaptus™ Imaging Technology.

3800g Imager - General Applications

The 3800g is a general purpose linear imager designed to deliver world-class performance for a range of applications in retails, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, etc. Featuring a great balance of performance, durability, ergonomics and connectivity options, the 3800g will deliver years of hassle free service. 3800i Imager - Industrial

The 3800i linear imager is purpose-built for the most demanding applications in the toughest conditions, including warehouse, distribution, logistics and rugged retail environments. This imager has the ability to read barcodes at a distance of up to 82 inches (208 cm) and can withstand multiple 2m drops to concrete. It's IP54 rating ensures protection against dust and moisture, plus allows use in freezing temperatures of up to -30°C. For more information click [here].

3820 Imager - Cordless

Ideal for light-industrial mobile applications, the 3820 features Bluetooth™ wireless communications for freedon of movement in retail, warehouse and distribution applications. The Bluetooth™ technology enables movement of up to 33 feet (10m) from the base and the Adaptive Frequency Hopping (AFH) eliminates interference with other wireless systems. 3800LR

Renowned for its durability, this product has technically been replaced by the 3800g imager. However this scanner delivers fast, agressive performance on linear barcodes and connects to all major PCs and POS terminals. 4600g 2D Imager

Featuring the right blend of durability, ergonomics and connectivity options, the 4600g is perfect for a broad range of applications requiring the power and versatility of a 2D imager. Ideal for use in retail, pharmacy, manufacturing and postal applications. Reads linear, stacked linear and 2D barcodes, plus captures digital images, eliminating the need for multiple input devices. 4600r 2D Imager

Designed specifically for retail point of sale (POS) applications, the 4600r is optimised to deliver POS presentation scanning with the value-add functionality only possible with a 2D imager. Has the ability to digitally capture signatures and take "snap-shots" of non-compliant barcode labels. For more information click [here].

4800i 2D Imager

Featuring the same advanced data collection and image capture capabilities as the 4600g, the 4800i is built specifically for the rugged environments common in warehousing, distribution, transportation/logistics and retail applications. 4820 Cordless 2D Imager

For applications where tethered solutions are not an option, the 4820 provides the versatility of 2D imaging with the freedom of cordless connectivity. Using Bluetooth™ Technology, the operator can move up to 33 feet (10m) away from the base safe in the knowledge that its Adaptive Frequency Hopping feature eliminates interference with other wireless systems.
