 Printronix Mobile Printing System
The Mobile Printing System from Printronix can be combined with either the T5000r Thermal Printer or the new SL5000r RFID Smart Label Printer to deliver barcodes and smart label tags directly to locations that need them most. Although not as compact as other mobile printing solutions like the QL range from Zebra, this mobile printing system allows you to make your existing printer more mobile, instead of having to invest in new equipment.
A heavy duty printer requires a heavy duty solution to make it mobile and versatile. The cart providing mobility for either the T5000r or the SL5000r meets these requirements perfectly with a durable steel frame and heavy-duty wheels combined with an ergonomic design and wireless communication for maximum manoeuvrability and minimal maintenance.

The Cart
The cart providing mobility for the printer is a rigged, stainless steel work surface with a tough powder black finish. The heavy gauge welded steel construction with four swivel caster wheels offer maximum manoeuvrability for ease of use. The deep cycle heavy-duty battery supports 700 to 1000 cycles to 80% of discharge and is located at the base of the cart for stability. Cable management is through the legs so wires are well hidden and out of the way.
The Power
The cart allows mobile printing by powering the printer using a heavy-duty battery at the base of the cart. The battery is built to MIL Spec 1-45208 standard for extraordinary long life and reliability and an industrial on board battery charger provide efficient, silent and safe charging. The battery is easy to replace when necessary and no further maintenance is required. The battery plugs into a standard 120v receptacle and every cart comes as standard with a voltmeter battery monitor and an audible low-battery alarm.
