SL5000r RFID Smart Label Printer

Barcode-IT is proud to have been certified as an official Printronix RFID Reseller and would therefore like to introduce the latest RFID offering from Printronix, the SL5000r. As the adoption of RFID technology accelerates, so too must the printing solutions for smart labels. The SL5000r RFID printer delivers innovations in RF encoding and printing technology to address a wide range of supply chain and compliance applications.

Like the T5000r thermal printers, the SL5000r is based on the 5r Multi-Technology Platform and is the next generation family of RFID printers. These printers ar leaders in design with RFID solution that address a wide range of applications requiring EPCglobal Class 0, 0+, 1, gen 2 and Philips 1.19 standards and global frequency requirements.

The SL5000r printer is an investment and to protect this investment against an unpredictable future, Printronix RFID smart label printers are compliant to today's standards and compatible for growth to expand to tomorrow's needs.

Built on the 5r Multi-Technology Platform, the SL5000r offers a foundation for protocol upgradeability and expansion to EPCglobal capabilities via firmware updates. Available future upgrades include EPCglobal 1 Gen 2. To offer global compliance these printers can be switched to other regional frequencies via a global upgrade kit.
