Datamax H-Class Printers

The NEW! Datamax H-Class range is a family of printers set to revolutionise thermal and RFID label printing. Providing outstanding performance, sound durability and accurate print quality, the H-Class is one of the most flexible labelling solutions offered in the industry today.

Designed for high-volume, mission-critical and speciality labelling applications, the H-Class features a patented cast metal modular construction that combines rugged strength with easy expandability to allow the printer to grow with your labelling needs.

The H-Class is robust enough for demanding manufacturing, shipping and processing environments, yet precise enough for high-resolution graphics and small electronic labelling applications. Examples include:

There are 2 categories within the H-Class range; the standard printer range and the extended printer range. The major difference between the 2 ranges is the height of the printer and the size of the display. The height of the extended "X" range means that an internal rewinder capable of rewinding a full reel of labels can be fitted inside the printer.

Standard range models include:

Extended "X" range models include:

H-4212X, H-4310X, H-4606X, H-6212X, H6310X & H-8308X

New "intelligent" Print Head

A major innovation, unique to Datamax is the IntelliSEAQ print head technology, which intelligently try's to maximise printhead life, by constantly monitoring the print stream, the head electronics and temperature of the print head.  Then by adjusting each print pixel individually, IntelliSEAQ gives the head exactly the right heat and voltage to give perfect printing and exceptional printhead life.

Standard features of the H-Class include an intuitive user interface, multiple connectivity methods, host device ports and megabytes of memory and heavy-duty processing power for fast first label times and quick throughputs.

Features of the H-Class series are:

• A direct-powered eight-inch internal rewinder option, which allows the winding of complete label rolls with backing.

• A large graphic display provide optimum viewing and control of all printer functions.

• A high-speed 32 bit/200MHz multi-tasking processor decreases processing times to increase data throughput.

• Standard 16MB DRAM and 8MB FLASH memory assures the space needed for seamless processing of the most demanding applications.

• Standard Ethernet, USB, Parallel and Serial interfaces ensure easy host connectivity across multiple platforms.

• Standard SDIO and USB Host device ports provide support for additional memory and application versatility.
