Zebra TLP/LP2844

This small printer is ideal for desktop use in low volume applications. At very affordable prices these printers are able to deliver unrivalled performance and versatility. Available for either direct thermal (LP) or thermal transfer (TLP) labels, this printer has everything to suit your desktop printing needs.

Features

The Zebra 2844 has a variety of features which make it an exceptionally versatile printer. Firstly there is the choice between using direct thermal and thermal transfer media. Direct thermal printers use heat to put the image onto a label, whereas a thermal printer uses a ribbon to produce the image. Although compact the 2844 printer is sturdy and has a dual-wall, high-density plastic construction to ensure the printer survives high-traffic environments.

Flexible connectivity

The 2844 range comes as standard with serial, parallel and USB interfaces, plus an internal or external Ethernet connection can be added. The LP/TLP2844 is compatible with EPL (Eltron Programming Language), whereas the LP/TLP2844-Z is compatible with ZPL (Zebra Programming Language). The LP/TLP2844-Z has a ZebraNet® PrintServer II option for easy connection to your network, LP/TLP 2844-Z printers meet a variety of connectivity needs. Both models also offer ZebraLink™ real-time connectivity and control for centralised printer management.
