Onsite Maintenance Contracts

Barcode-IT offer 12 month onsite maintenance contracts for all makes and model of thermal barcode label printers, line printers and dot matrix printers. We have engineers throughout the UK and can provide an engineer onsite to assess your printer within 8 or 4 working hours of a fault call being logged. Additionally if we can fix your printer with some simple adjustments over the phone we will, to get you back up and running ASAP. We can give you a quotation on the spot for whatever your maintenance requirement may be, whether just one printer or a whole fleet.

Ad Hoc Repair Service

If you do not wish to commit to a 12 month maintenance contract, we can provide a one-off repair service for your barcode label or line printer. For just £135.00 we will send an engineer to site to assess your printer within 3 days of the order being placed and the price won't go up after the first hour! Additionally our experts in pre-diagnostics will endeavor to identify any parts that may be required to fix your printer, to avoid a costly second visit! Advanced Exchange Contract

For companies with a large fleet of printers, we offer an Advanced Exchange contract. This means that when a faulty printer call is logged, instead of an engineer coming out to site the printer is picked up from site, to be taken to our workshop for assessment, and replaced with a printer from the spare stock. Workshop Portable Printer Repairs                          

We are now able to provide a maintenance service for all Zebra QL and RW mobile printers, and it couldn't be easier to do. This service gives you the option to be proactive instead of reactive in your business. Our engineers can assess your QL or RW printer to make sure they're in top working order, so that you don't have the experience of production stopping due to printer failure.
