Printer Service and Maintenance

Barcode-IT offer a comprehensive range of maintenance services for various types of barcode printer plus repairs for most makes of barcode scanners and readers. Don't let faulty equipment hold up your business, contact Barcode-IT for an affordable quote now!

On site repair is available for thermal label printers, line printers and matrix printers from Barcode-IT. On Site contracts for 8 or 4 hour response throughout the UK can be provided and ad-Hoc on-site repairs or return to workshop repair services are also available. We are an authorised repair centre for the manufacturers listed below. If you don't see your printer type we may still be able to help.

We are now able to provide a preventative maintenance service for all Zebra QL and RW mobile printers, and it couldn't be easier to do. This service gives you the option to be proactive instead of reactive in your business. Our engineers can assess your QL or RW printer to make sure they're in top working order, so that you don't have the experience of production stopping due to printer failure. Additionally we can supply printheads for any printer, with or without fitting included. Printheads can be purchased online at the Barcode-IT Online Store or call for a quote.
