Barcode-IT and Dash Computer Products - 20th Anniversary Year

In 1992 Dash Computer Products was set up to sell Printronix Line Printers and Barcode products to a new market. Over the last 20 years it has grown to become one of the most successful independent solution providers for barcode and warehouse systems and still leads the way in the supply of barcode label printers and specialist barcode software.

Ovalworld's wallcoverings distribution network, gets a productivity boost from Dexterity WMS.

Barcode-IT have been selected to provide Dexterity WMS to power the Ovalworld distribution warehouse in Lancashire. Ovalworld provides warehouse and distribution services for prestigious names such as Arthouse Home Decorations, one of the premium brands of wallcoverings and art products in the UK.

Eat Natural chooses Barcode-IT to supply its new Sage 200 Warehouse Management System.

Dexterity Warehouse Management System for Sage 200 has been chosen by Eat Natural of Essex, who are a speciality manufacturer of natural wholesome food products. Eat Natural chose Dexterity over other Sage addons because of its superior warehouse management functionality and its ability to offer a seamless link to its Sage 200 manufacturing system.

Footasylum chooses Barcode-It to supply 50 new data terminals.

A new in-store stock control system and data terminals for the warehouse have been supplied by Barcode-IT to The Footasylum. Fifty Datalogic Skorpio terminals will be used both in the new warehouse and in 26 high street stores, to manage stock and control the warehouse.

Barcode-IT helps SONY DADC to recover from rioters -  Following the total destruction of the SONY Enfield warehouse during the August riots, Barcode-IT have been working with SONY to rebuild the warehouse systems destroyed in the fire.  Barcode-IT have worked with SONY for over 10 years and had recently installed hardware for a web based order picking system at Enfield. Sony have made a new temporary home a few miles away and are quickly re-creating a warehouse. Barcode-IT has loaned barcode printer and other equipment to SONY and have expedited the delivery of replacement terminals.
